Adversity affects one's personal emotions and family relationships. The "Jockey Club Family Emotional Resilience Project" aims to provide three levels of preventive services from 2020 to 2022, using evidence-based approaches to assist participants in enhancing their personal and family emotional resilience.
This project is based on the core theoretical foundation of "Emotional Resilience" and utilizes evidence-based and effective cognitive-behavioral therapy intervention models to assist families experiencing emotional distress. The program has also confirmed the effectiveness of its services through empirical research.
