There are many ways to achieve a state of holistic wellbeing, with mindfulness being one effective and scientifically proven strategy to decrease stress and anxiety, improve interpersonal relationships, strengthen the immune system, increase creativity and productivity, etc.

newlife•330 aims to help you access simple methods to integrate mindfulness into your daily life and achieve holistic wellbeing, including the 330 mobile app, website, and workshops which bring together mindfulness and various activities. A series of videos for practicing mindfulness was also provided on 330 Youtube Channel.
