The Conference is organised by the Department of Social Work at Hong Kong Baptist University and is one of the remarkable events of the Jockey Club SMART Family-Link Project, funded and initiated by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.
We hope to encourage new studies and projects that use information and communication technology (ICT) to improve social service delivery and human well-being. It is our hope that academics and frontline practitioners will seize the chance to apply digital or technical solutions to address personal, familial, and societal issues. Also on this adventure, we are thinking about the ethics, risks, and difficulties of creative projects and research.
