How to find the cut-off point in the scale/questionnaire to classify groups?

In social services, if you want to find the key cut-off scores based on scale/questionnaire data to correctly screen out high-risk groups (substance abuse, depression, etc.) and others, or, place participants If classified as high willingness to participate in activities and others, the ROC curve analysis method in SPSS can be used for classification.
