Abstract︰
While some theorize that we may be living in a simulation, performing simulations ourselves remains important. In this video, we'll discuss sound experimental design and how to create controlled experiments that minimize bias when gathering data. Topics covered include single and double blind studies, randomized block design, and the use of placebos. By understanding these techniques for rigorous, unbiased experimentation, we can collect higher quality data even if our reality is a simulation. 。
