Understanding and Help Students with Special Educational Needs-A Guide to Teaching
Abstract:
The Education Bureau (EDB) provides teachers with guidelines related to special educational needs (SEN), including the causes and nature of SEN, basic principles, teaching strategies, and so on. The guidelines provide basic teaching principles, approaches and recommendations on different types of SEN, with the aim of enhancing teachers' understanding of and concern for students with SEN so as to facilitate early support and remediation.
