Hong Kong PHAB Association: Employment Support Services for SEN Youth
Abstract︰
Hong Kong PHAB Association provides a range of career planning guidance, skills training, and counseling services to assist SEN (Special Educational Needs) youth in successfully transitioning to the workplace. With the support of the Hong Kong Jockey Club, they have implemented the "Project LEGEND" Employment Support Project, which utilizes the Five-Tier Model to provide employment support services for youth with Specific Learning Difficulties (SLD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
