5 Workshops+2 Agency Visits+3 Mentorship Sessions
The training features informative lectures and practical experiences, designed to equip participants with a deep understanding of how ICT can be applied to parenting support programs, child welfare services, families with special needs, elderly, etc. This includes five workshops in 2024, followed by two agency visits and three mentorship sessions in 2025. Upon successfully completing all components of the training, participants will be awarded the “Certificate in Technology Innovation in Social Services.”

5 Social Innovation Workshops
Experts in related fields will share real cases, offering participants experiential learning opportunities across several topics. Each workshop topic will be conducted four times during October and November 2024, providing flexibility for participants to choose the most convenient session for each topic. Workshops will be delivered in blended mode. Face to face sessions will be held In Kowloon Tong, HKBU and HKU. Online sessions will be held on Zoom. Further details will be notified through email.
2 Agency Visits
Participants will gain exclusive access to our partner agencies and the opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced mentors in 2025.
With two agency visits, participants will witness firsthand the challenges and innovative solutions at leading social service organizations, gaining invaluable insights into the practical application of ICT.
3 Mentorship Sessions
Additionally, we offer three mentorship sessions, where experts in the field provide personalized guidance to help participants refine their proposals, focusing on real-world applicability and innovation.
