Child Custody Investigation Reports and Court Reports (Social Welfare Department)
Abstract︰
To safeguard the interests of the children affected by custody / guardianship disputes, the social workers of Family and Child Protection Services Units will submit social investigation reports to the Courts, provide statutory supervision to the children in accordance with the Court Orders and render counselling and other tangible services according to their needs. This leaflet is for children affected by their separated parents to provide information related to child custody disputes, co-parenting and its responsibilities.
